Summary:
So you've got a web site. Is it making money for you? As much as it could, or even as
much as it costs? What else can it do for you, and what is involved in taking that next step?
This training course will show how to take a site from a mostly static creation and add
interactivity, and discuss the technologies required and skills needed to make this happen
with minimum investment and effort for maximum results. With an emphasis on future upgradability and enhancements,
we will examine typical case studies of web sites adding interactive and dynamic applications to their
existing functionality, and the tools used to do it.
Audience:
This course is for the manager and/or persons responsible for the creation and upkeep of a
company's website. It is also valuable as an introduction to developers new to the creation of dynamic websites.

You will come away from this training course with an understanding of the options

involved in various levels of interactivity are explained in detail, as well as a review
of the available solutions, both open source and commercial. You will be empowered to make
good decisions to take your web site to the next level, and how to turn it into a tool for
maximum value for both your customers and employees.
